E-Mailing Technical Support

If you’ve gone through all the suggestions in the preceding sections and still can’t find the answer you need, as a last resort, you can e-mail technical support.

warning_bomb.eps Just make sure you’ve exhausted your other options. These guys are friendly and smart, and won’t growl like a bear poked with a stick, but they are busy making Scrivener so amazing it’ll take over the world. Personally, I like to leave them to it.

You can make their job easier — and your experience better — by giving them a concise but detailed description of your issue, what you were doing when it happened (if applicable), and any other helpful information you can think of (such as the version of operating system you’re using).
