Lesson 7. Golden Gate Bridge

This is a shot where it was a beautiful twilight, I had a great angle of the Golden Gate Bridge, had my camera on a tripod, and a cable release attached. Everything was right on the money—except my exposure. The downside of underexposing a digital photograph is when you increase the exposure, you increase the noise. Luckily, with a quick exposure fix and a little creative white balance adjustment, you’re on your way. The challenge is keeping the car lights from getting so bright that they draw your attention away from the bridge and the sky.
