Lesson 6. Flowers, Lake Tahoe, Nevada

Here we use the system, but we also use some of Photoshop’s retouching tools, because even if you fixed the photo’s tone and color, the flower damage the insects had done would make it one you’d toss in the trash either way. You can’t tell from the photo, but the moment this was taken (in Lake Tahoe, Nevada), a swarm of mosquitoes the size of Rhode Island were attacking me from all sides. I could barely concentrate enough to take the shot because they literally were all over me, so I had to fix this one shot just to prove I survived.
