13.7. Concluding Remarks

In this chapter, we analyzed two cases in the business to consumer segment using techniques and methods presented earlier in the book. The solution approach presented to solve the case studies relies on the reference model for electronic business introduced in Chapter 1. The four-layer model creates a framework for the quantitative approach developed in this book. It also provides a basis for building solutions of planning problems of e-business sites.
