16   Decision-making structure for cognitive wireless systems

16.1 Integrated analysis of network

This chapter describes the process by which decisions to maximize network capability, density, and/or scaling could be developed (Figure 16.1). The objectives include the criteria for sensing and exchange, the density effects and their mitigation, the scaling of the control plane, and the content-access entropy, as well as the decision-making opportunities identified previously.
