About the Author
Ivan Nikolov is a software engineer living and working in London. After he graduated with an award of distinction from the University of Edinburgh in 2012, he moved to London and started working for a company in the ad tech industry. During his studies, Ivan developed an interest in technologies that help in dealing with a large amount of data. His professional career has given him the chance to work with cutting edge big data technologies on a daily basis. Some of the interesting projects that Ivan has worked on include a large scale real-time predictive analytics engine and batch processing solutions.
