Change Control and the SAP Solution Stack
A lot of work goes into configuring and assembling an SAP solution that is supported by its Solution Stack vendors and effective in servicing its end users. When such a supported configuration is in place, the goal of the SAP Technical Support Organization should be to minimize technical changes to the stack unless absolutely required.
