Integration aspects with other submodules of HCM
There is a tight integration between the following submodules of Human Capital Management (HCM):
- Personnel Administration
- Recruitment
The following data flow happens due to the effect of the integration:
- Qualifications are transferred from personnel administration.
- Qualifications are transferred from recruitment.
- Appraisals are transferred from personnel administration. We can use the
OOPD
transaction code for setting the control features.
