Create a new Outlook folder of type Contacts. Move a couple of your contacts to this folder. What happens to these contacts? Can you associate these contacts with Microsoft Dynamics CRM? Try synchronizing a few e-mail messages. What happens to e-mail messages that have multiple recipients? Are these messages available on each and every contact?
