On your own system, set up a number of new mail merge templates. For instance, you can create a template for each of the major building blocks within the system, such as accounts, leads, contacts, opportunities, and quotes.
After you have created some templates, use one or two of them to see how they work. Be patient but be ready to be dazzled.
