A Deeper Look at Leads

After a lead is imported, the details can be fine-tuned and changed. Figure 6.15 shows the General section of a Lead entity. Before any configuration, the Lead form is made up of four sections: General, Detail, Notes & Activities, and Preferences. You can also add more sections, remove sections, or add more data fields to existing or new sections. There is also a section at the top of the form called the header that can contain a summary of information from other areas of the Lead entity for quick reference.
