Why You Want to See Full Referring URLs

Google does a good job tracking other websites that link to your site—so called referring URLs. Unfortunately, only the URL for the main domain is tracked, not the URLs of the individual pages that link to your site. That is, Google Analytics will report that www.website.com is sending traffic to your site, but not that the traffic is coming from www.website.com/specificpage.htm.
