Names are important. It’s long been said that the sweetest and most attention-getting sound to people is the sound of their own name.
I was recently at an environmental film festival. With more than 100 films showing, at five venues at a time, it was hard to choose where to go. There were only a few film names that were distinctive enough to “pop” out from the rest and yet informative enough to remind me what that film was about. Needless to say, I tended to go to these well-named films more than others.
