This hour provided you with a very elementary overview of some of the essentials of the SAP technology foundation known as SAP Web Application Server (SAP WebAS) or SAP Basis. These functions that go on behind the scenes in your SAP system are germane to hosting the workload driven by users and batch processes alike.
