The Customizing of Local Layout Button

On the top-right side of every SAP GUI window, you can see a multicolored button (next to the yellow Question Mark Help button). Called the Customizing of Local Layout button, and informally referred to as the Customizing or Settings button, it gives you access to the following menu options (see Figure 4.3):

  • Options

  • New Visual Design

  • Set Color to System

  • Clipboard

  • Generate Graphic

  • Create Shortcut

  • Activate GuiXT

  • Script Recording and Playback

  • Script Development Tools

  • SAP GUI Help
