Summary

This lesson delved into the Print with Excel, Chart with Excel, and Export and Link to Excel features available from within the Datasheet view in a list or library. Export to Excel is available in any document library or list from the left-hand menu bar. Many SharePoint users find that Excel 2003 is essential for printing out reports from lists and libraries and for creating charts. Also, many users actually prefer using a linked spreadsheet to modify and enter data. Having an understanding of this process can be very helpful in getting the most out of lists in SharePoint.
