Why Are Views Important?
A major component of SharePoint is the database, which stores documents and data. This information is only as useful as the tools that are created to allow users to access the data. A critical part of making this information available is how it can be viewed by SharePoint users.
This lesson focuses on modifying and creating the views within libraries and lists. Each standard list and library in SharePoint comes with several different views when it is created.
