Using the Quick Launch Bar to See the Contents of a Web Part
The Quick Launch bar on the left-hand side of the home page provides a quick way to get to the AllItems.aspx page, which displays the contents of the list or library. If you see the name of the library or list in the Quick Launch bar, click it to open the Web Part. Alternately, you can click a topic in the Quick Launch bar (such as Documents, Pictures, Lists, Discussions, or Surveys) and the viewlists.aspx page for that grouping will appear.
