A1: | No. A 386 or 486 processor will certainly get there in the end if simple arithmetic is the only task at hand. However, an older processor or a limited amount of memory is usually indicative of an entire system full of older, slower components not suitable for modern desktop-oriented tasks such as web browsing. |
