Up to now, we've mostly talked about how to correct existing images such as photographs. Sometimes, you need to create your own images, such as logos and Web buttons. Using the painting and drawing tools in Elements, it's easy to create art. And by adding some special touches, such as layering and effects, you can develop some pretty impressive images.
