This book, our first, has been one long and hard journey, with us harried authors missing deadlines and so forth. But even with all the hard work, it was great fun and, above all, a great experience working with Sams Publishing. Hence, we take great pleasure to acknowledge the entire team that has worked on this book.
The book kicked off quite unexpectedly when we contacted Todd Green, an acquisitions editor at Sams, to propose writing a book on an entirely different topic.
