Q1:Why shouldn't I center objects in a table cell with the text alignment buttons?
A1: You can use the text alignment buttons to center an object. That command will add an additional tag around the selected object and then apply the center property. Everything in the table cell may not be centered, however. Only the objects within the added tags will be centered. If you later add an object to the cell, it may or may not be centered, depending on exactly where the insertion point was when you inserted the new object. (Use the alignment properties of a cell to make certain all objects in the cell have the alignment you want.)
