Hour 4. Document Layout
Having just learned how to view your SVG content, you are now ready to begin creating SVG. Before diving right into drawing SVG content, though, you will need to learn the basics of SVG document construction.
Although SVG document layout and construction is a bit unique, it shares some similarities with both HTML and traditional graphics applications (two very dissimilar environments). To help familiarize you with how SVG documents are created, you will be introduced to the following during this hour:
