Human Resources Management Markup Language

At many companies, much of the non-proprietary information on job openings and personnel is now being posted on company intranets, and the more generic information appears on the Internet. There are many Web sites that contain job listings and allow the posting of resumes. This means that standards for data and display must exist, and that's why the Human Resources Management Markup Language (HRMML) was created. As is the case with RELML, HRMML is built from a set of DTDs for the various documents that make up the human resources system.
