Q1:If a user forgets his or her password, what should the user do to gain access to the database again?
A1: The user should go to his or her immediate management or an available help desk. A help desk should be able to reset a user's password. If not, the DBA or security officer can reset the password. The user should change the password to a password of his or her choosing as soon as the password is reset and the user is notified.
Q2:What could I do if I wanted to grant CONNECT to a user, but the user does not need all the privileges that are assigned to the connect role?
