After the completion of Week 1, you now have a solid understanding of the data tier in Windows DNA. This includes creating the database and stored procedures to access data, receiving an introduction to ActiveX Data Objects, and gaining an understanding of transactions at the database level. You are now ready to build on this foundation and move into the business logic of creating an application.
