About the Authors

Michael Rockwell is a global architect for Lante Corporation with a specialization in Microsoft technologies. He has been working with information technology for the past 20 years. He holds the following Microsoft certifications: MCP+Internet, MCP+Site Building, MCSE+Internet, MCSD (Premier Member), MCDBA, and MCT. He enjoys envisioning, architecting, and ultimately developing Internet applications, which he has done for several large and small organizations. This book, his first, is the result of a course that he developed to train IT professionals to be Internet developers. Michael's concept of using case-based examples allowed students to put all the pieces into context.
