Scripting Compatibility Issues—Netscape Versus Internet Explorer

The three recommendations I can make to you if you are going to be implementing client-side scripting and want it to work for both Netscape and Internet Explorer is to test, test, and test. You will need to test not only the oldest version of the browser you are supporting, but each version after that as well, if you want to cover all the angles.

This is even more important if you are working with the 3.0 versions of the browsers.
