Distributing the Presentation Layer

For the past couple days, you have been learning about how to implement a rich presentation layer on the Windows DNA platform. The client has been a Visual Basic application, though. What happens if you want to put this on the Web? Will you have to give up all the richer features? Fortunately, because of the capabilities of today's browsers like Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer, moving to a Web-based presentation layer doesn't necessarily mean that you have to give up all the functionality that you are used to. Specifically, Dynamic HTML (DHTML) gives the developer the ability to enhance a Web site's functionality and generate a better experience for the user.
