Building a Rich Client

You build a rich Windows client in the same way that you have been developing personal productivity desktop applications and client/server applications. The difference is that you use business objects that exist on another computer, rather than on the local system. Microsoft has released several technologies over the past few years to address this capability. Each have their own advantages and disadvantages, which we will discuss in this chapter.
