Interacting with Legacy Systems—COM TI

If you are familiar with mainframe environments, you will know that the mainframe has been message based and transactional for a long time. Also, a great deal of business logic is built in to these systems. Often times it does not make sense to rewrite this business logic because it is extremely complex, the source code is out of date, or for a host of many other reasons. If you have the need to work with processes on legacy systems, then you will want to check out the capabilities of SNA Server and COM TI.
