Today's lesson expanded your knowledge on ActiveX Data Objects. It gave you the knowledge you needed to be able to construct your data and business components. Specifically, you learned how you should retrieve data from the data store and how to send data back to requesting components. You also learned how the requesting components can receive the data and finally how to send data back to the data store. In this process you learned about disconnected and hierarchal recordsets in ADO 2.x and also how to do batch updates.
