Integrating Databases into Verity Collections

You've learned how to create a Verity search that examines document files on your server, but what about all that useful data that's tucked away in your ColdFusion datasources? No worry, because, with a little extra work, Verity can be configured to index database contents as well.

As a search engine, Verity could easily examine the data stored in your datasources—that's not the problem. The trouble is that it wouldn't know what text to return as results.
