Q1:Because ColdFusion's client-state management uses cookies, how is it any better than other cookie-driven Web tools?
A1: There are several Web tools that support cookies, but in most cases these tools store all of a user's collected data in the cookie. ColdFusion stores the user data on the server and uses the cookie only for identification. This has benefits both in security and in speed.
