Using Queries to Autorespond and Create Content

There's really a lot of ground to cover with <CFMAIL>, so stick with me as I introduce you to two concepts at once. Say I have a client who sells a tech item, a monitor-viewing aid that's selling like hotcakes. It's called the SuperView 2000, and it consists of a 8"×8" block of wood designed to be placed under a user's monitor to bring it up to eye level.

Some of her users have had trouble installing and configuring the SuperView 2000, so she wants to set up a system of product-support FAQs users can request via the Web site. Users will go to a form page, enter their email address, choose one of four FAQ documents, and in a few moments receive mail containing the selected FAQ page.
