Exploring ColdFusion Server Varieties
Allaire's ColdFusion Server comes in three varieties. The first is the Professional Edition, which is the standard package that will perform all the tasks covered in this book. The Enterprise Edition adds increased security and system failsafe measures for those who plan to run very sophisticated e-commerce applications and require interface with tools like CORBA. The third and newest variety is ColdFusion Express, Allaire's free application offering a limited feature set of the full versions.
