Printing

With all the powerful capabilities that generating reports affords you, the need to print is almost made redundant. Do you really need all that paper? Still, sometimes you will need a hard copy of your reports. Follow these steps to print reports:

  1. By following the preceding steps, set up the report you want. When the report is onscreen, choose List, Print. The Print Screen List screen appears (see Figure 12.8).

    Tip

    What About the Icon? On screens that show the printer icon, you can use this instead of the menu path.

  2. If you know the name of your local printer, enter it here. If not, choose ...
