Imagine a critical mass of men and women who truly collaborate. It would consist of men who could see as women see and of women who could see as men see. Then the women would be able to speak for the men, and the men would be able to speak for the women. More to the point, each man and woman could speak as a unique individual, bringing to the table his or her particular vision, creativity, and thinking. It would be the end of “groupthink,” and it would be the start of an inclusive culture in which people would really put their heads together to solve a problem or achieve a goal.
