Summary

In this chapter, we learned about the analytics as a service offered by Salesforce. We can now create reports and dashboards that suit our requirements. We can analyze trends using the analytic snapshot. We can set up dashboards to visualize the entire company data on a single page.

In the next chapter, we will be entering the last phase of setting up a Salesforce organization; we will be creating users and designing applications for multiple users.
