The Model-View-Container values of the flow

The elements that are dragged from the Palette onto the canvas contain actions that flows can execute:

Each element is connected to each other by a connector. If the element contains a decision path, we can connect it to two elements. And finally, there are resources that bind the data to the different elements. We can declare variables and constants that can be used throughout, or we can use screens such as the following one to collect user inputs and map them to the variables.
