Julie Hansen, sales trainer, speaker, and actor, specializes in training sales teams to craft and deliver winning presentations by applying best practices and proven tactics from acting, storytelling, and improvisation. She has worked with sales teams from Fortune 500 companies across the globe. She is the president of Performance Sales and Training (www.performancesalesandtraining.com) and a frequent speaker at sales conferences, annual meetings, and corporate events.

In addition to Sales Presentations For Dummies, Julie is the author of ACT Like a Sales Pro! How to Command the Business Stage and Dramatically Increase Your Sales with Proven Acting Techniques (CareerPress) a finalist for Top Sales and Marketing Book of 2011 by Top Sales World.

Prior to launching Performance Sales and Training, Julie was a sales leader in a variety of competitive industries, including technology, media, and real estate and served as Director of Sales for The National Enquirer and Star Magazine.

As a professional actor Julie has appeared in more than 75 plays, television shows, including HBO’s Sex and the City, and commercials. She trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and HB Studios in New York City.
