Chapter 8. Advanced VMware Fusion

As is the case with Parallels Desktop for Mac, “advanced” is a relative term in regard to VMware Fusion, and maybe even more so. While Parallels offers multiple ways to back up a virtual machine or save its current state, Fusion offers only one. Where Parallels comes with several handy utilities, one additional utility is available for Fusion as of this writing, and it doesn’t come with the software—it’s an additional download.
