PART IIMaking the Transformation

48

The first part of this book explained why we advocate Running Training Like a Business. In Part II, we’ll offer our formula for making the transformation from a traditional training function to a training enterprise.

Chapter 4 provides a high-level view of the main phases of that transformation: Assessing, Planning, Installing, and Running.

Chapters 5 through 8 examine the transformation more closely—from our own experience and through the eyes of others already traveling the road to Running Training Like a Business.
