One of the most common actions that we perform with emails is to send them. Thankfully, the MS Outlook VBO makes it really easy to do so. In the purchasing process that we have been working on so far, the last step of the process is to email the requester when the items have been successfully added to the cart. They can then log into the Amazon.com site to review the items and pay for them to be delivered. Let's perform the following steps to get the robot to send out the email.
- Open the Weekly purchase of groceries process. Edit the Send Email Notification page.
- Drag an Action and place it just before the End stage. Assign it the following property values:
- Name: Send Email to Requester
- Business Object: MS Outlook VBO
