Color Utilities
If you are a professional in the graphics field and rely on precise color reproduction, Apple has provided a suite of color utilities. Use these in combination with your graphics applications to help you capture, display, and output accurate color. Color gets very complicated, so I’m only going to give you the highlights of these utilities. To learn all about ColorSync and how to really take advantage of it, Apple has provided a tutorial on their web site at www.apple.com/colorsync. At that site you can also find a ColorSync consultant (or become one).
