Acrobat Reader

The Acrobat Reader will open and display PDF files for you. You’ll find PDF files everywhere. Often the manual for new software is a PDF file on the CD—double-click the manual and it will open in Acrobat Reader; you can search for terms, read it on the screen, or print it up. Many information files on the web are PDF files that you can download, like your tax forms, requirements for entering the Bodleian Library, job application forms, or syllabi from your instructors.
