Blank Document Icons
Tip:
Sometimes if you rebuild the Classic Desktop, as explained in Chapter 39, blank icons will get their icons back, depending on why it was blank in the first place.
Occasionally you will see a blank document icon. This usually means one of two things:
1. | A blank document icon often means that the application in which this document was created is not on your computer. For instance, the blank document shown below, left, is the same file as the InDesign document (Adobe InDesign is a page layout program) on the right. When this file is in a computer that has InDesign installed, it looks like it belongs to InDesign.
