Controlling the Windows

Chapter 6 about windows is pretty long, but windows are very important. Almost everything you do at the Desktop/Finder involves a window, and every application you use will display itself in a window, so you need to know how to control them. This is where you should commit to spending a bit of time (won’t take more than an hour or two) to go through the chapter carefully, do all of the practice exercises, and make sure you feel comfortable. Believe me, if you don’t feel comfortable using the windows, you will never be quite at home on your Mac.
