10. Folders
A1: | To organize and contain your files. |
A2: | It appears in the active window. |
A3: | Command N. |
A4: | Select the folder, wait until you see the border (visual clue) around the name, then type. |
A5: | Double-click on it. |
A6: | Folder opens to a window and you see the files that are stored inside. |
A7: | To expand: select folder(s), press Command RightArrow.
To compress: select folder(s), press Command LeftArrow. |
A8: | Press Command A to select all; press Command LeftArrow. |
A9: | You don’t have folders all over the screen, and you can select items from more than one folder simultaneously. |
