10. Folders

A1: To organize and contain your files.
A2: It appears in the active window.
A3: Command N.
A4: Select the folder, wait until you see the border (visual clue) around the name, then type.
A5: Double-click on it.
A6: Folder opens to a window and you see the files that are stored inside.
A7: To expand: select folder(s), press Command RightArrow.

To compress: select folder(s), press Command LeftArrow.

A8: Press Command A to select all; press Command LeftArrow.
A9: You don’t have folders all over the screen, and you can select items from more than one folder simultaneously.
