Address Book keeps track of all your contact information—names, street addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and more—on individual address cards known as vCards. Address Book works closely with both Mail and iCal, making it easier than ever to keep in touch with friends and business associates.

Create Groups to organize contacts and use as a mailing list so you can email everyone in the Group with one click. All of your Address Book contacts will be available from within Mail.
